In lieu of our services, we charge 1% amount of total Sales consideration for the selected property as our commission as per the market norms of Gurugram.
Of this 1% commission amount, we collect 50 % amount at the time of Agreement to sell (ATS). Remaining 50% amount is collected by us on the day of registry just before our esteemed customer signs the registry papers.
A discount of 0.15% is provided out of this 1% commission amount to all our prospective buyer, who pays 95% of commission amount at the time of Agreement to Sell.
